My First Real Joke

My first real joke: The president doesn't have the right to cut my salary.

"And neither does the congress." [LAUGHTER]

Makes that lunch seem almost palatable.

They don't? What are you going to do? Overrule them? LOL. (I know Article III, Section 1 states, "...and shall, at stated Times, receive for their Services, a Compensation, which shall not be diminished during their Continuation in Office.") Good job, eh? lol.
