Coming Out Today

My despicable enemies shouldn’t get their hopes up. It’s not that kind of coming out. Today I’m coming out of committee along a "strict party-line vote." Senators don’t understand fun if even their party lines are strict.

In other news, my soon-to-be colleagues finally got one right. They threw out a case against Motorola brought by surviving relatives and widows of firefighters who died on 9/11 because of faulty Motorola radios.

Grieving widows: But SCOTUS, the firemen’s walkie-talkies don’t work.
US: Let them eat BlackBerries.

Sir, I am glad that you'll move out of committee and into the full Senate. Let's start up our "Right You(')r(e) Senators" so we can get you the fair "up or down" vote that you deserve!

After all, without judges like you giving police the freedom they need to shoot running felons (or potential felons) you'll continue to see travesties like this. Obviously this young man in the blue has something of value; why else would those in the gold and white be chasing him?

By the way, not every Kossak is your sworn enemy; this diary at the Kos makes the case for you.

Sam Alito will be confirmed by the Senate, so what did we learn from the hearings? Those against him kept accusing him of being a "constructionist". And those against him, what are they? With their tactics and actions over the last several years you could only call them "obstructionist". They create roadblocks, make negative sound bites and threaten filibuster. So, what is their alternative? Regrettably, there don't seem to be any "constructive" programs on their collective minds. I hate to think of the upcoming elections, with their current behavior as an example we can only look forward to a search and destroy mentality based on negativism and obstruction.

Just because you are evil and would deliberately misuse information doesn't mean we're all like that. It just tells me more about the opponents of Sam Alito.
